በኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ካቴድራ ል የምግባረ ሰናይ ኮሚቴ እና የሃይማኖተ አበው መዘምራን በጥምረት የሚያዘጋጁት የኮቪድ 19 የበጎ አድራጎት መርሃ ግብር ሰባተኛው ዙር በእግዚአብሔር ፈቃድ በአመርቂ ሁኔታ ተጠናቋል ። ይህንን መርሃ ግብር ለማሳካት የደከሙትን ሁሉ ልዑል እግዚአብሔር ከማያልቅበት በረከቱ ይለግስልን። በዛሬው መርሃ ግብር ላይ አዳዲስ ፊቶችን ከምግ ባረሰናይ ኮሚቴ አባላት አይተን የደስታችን መጠን ጨምሯል።
በዚህ ዙር ለ 64 ቤተሰቦች ተደራሽ ሆነናል ለዚህም እግዚአብሔርን እናመ ሰግናለን። ወደኋላ ሄደን ይህንን የበጎ አድራጎት ሥራ ከጀመርንበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ስናየው በ12 ቤተሰብ ጀምረን እዚህ በመድረሳችን ደስ ብሎናል። በየግዜው የምናዘጋጀው እቃ የተለያየ ቢሆንም የሽንት ቤት ወረቀትና የወረቀት ፎጣ ሁል ግዜም ይካተታል። መቼ እንደሚሰራጭ ባናውቅም የአሜሪካን ድምጽ ራድዮ ይህንን ቀን ዘግቦታል። ከተለያዩ ሰዎች የሚላክልን ምርቃት በቤተክርስቲያን አባቶች በኩልምእቃውን በሚያደርሱት አባሎቻችን ይደርሰናል በፀሎታችሁ አስቡን እንላለን።
The Megbare Senai committee along with Haimanote Abew Choir at Virgin Mary Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Cathedral, in Los Angeles successfully distributed round seven COVID -19, care kit to 64 (sixty four) families on Sunday July 26th 2020. Round seven was very successful. We are happy to report that more people from the Megbare Senai committee joined us this time. We thank all who helped with this task and pray that they get their blessing from Almighty God.
Even though we put different items in the care kit we always make sure we include toilet paper and paper towel. We are not sure when it will be broadcasted but we are happy to say that VOA was here to witness our effort to help the community. We get the message from recipients through our clergy and members who deliver the goods. We thank you and we ask you to keep us in your prayers.
